#045
Yes, color. Color everything. Color everywhere.
Like I said, I’ve started doing it because I’ve finally learned enough about Photoshop that I can do this in a reasonable amount of time. Still, figuring out the technical aspects doesn’t make me a color expert. I’ve got a lot to learn as far as matching and palettes and all that jazz. I look forward to learning more and more, and I hope nobody thinks the comic is uglier now. Learn by doing, learn by doing, learn by doing, x100.
Here are earlier attempts at color, kept secret, done over the past year. I really like the shading on #14. That’s probably the next step, I bet.
Note to self: CMYK stuff will not post right on the website, whyever that is.
Do you guys like Bat DJ? I love Bat DJ.
Bat DJ seems very cool!
CMYK is for printing and RGB is for web. =)
Yeah, I think I’d heard that before — I guess I just don’t understand why. If the computer can display the CMYK just fine when I’m editing it, why does the same computer suddenly distort everything just because it’s posted to a website? It’s wacky packs.
