With this comic, I had fun drawing all the figures running — but it took a lot of time. The result is no background behind them, though I wish I had longer to make one. Just imagine some bleachers and maybe a fieldgoal post. A distant tree.

In other news, I’m doing a bunch of work to get ready for Planet Comicon next weekend. I changed my hyperlink colors finally (no more red). I deleted all the tags I had for each comic, since it was a really capricious way to organize things. Instead, there’s a box now for you to select a particular story arc. I didn’t really foresee this when I started the comic, but I’ve been writing more multipage stories instead of one-off jokes. None of them are long enough to be issues of something (~20 pages at least), but I think this micro-issue scheme will make it easier to move back and forth between stories. It might not matter now, but it’ll just get more useful as time goes by.

Also, I spent the afternoon making my Dinosaur Kid ads. I’ve already got some websites in mind where I’d like to run them, but I have to be money-conscious, so I’m gonna keep scouting around. But here are the ads in all their different sizes in case you want to see. (I turned one into a new header, too.)Dinosaur Kid ads altogether
